Global Summits and Bipartisan Peace

Barely two weeks after presenting on a panel on conflict resolution held at the Changemakers Global Summit at the University of California San Diego, Destination Peace returned to the United Kingdom to participate in two more global summits!

I experienced the magic of Windsor Castle as more than just lodging for the third time at the iconic British institution. I experienced the sublime voices of the Boys Choir of St. George in the chapel where Megan and Harry were married. I was also moved by the creativity and fervor of the presenters’ commitments to the United Nations Sustainability Goals. Global experts with innovative solutions captivated each other with shared ideas (for now, they remain private due to the Windsor House Rules of strict confidentiality).

From there, we went to Media City, in Manchester, England, for the Universal Inclusion global summit. The venue was a modern-appointed building located between two BBC buildings: the ITV and other well-known British Media Centers.

Destination Peace would like to single out two inspirational presenters in particular, Olivia Gallagher and James Holt. Please set aside a few minutes to watch their unforgettable, inspirational stories.

Olivia Gallagher, Wheelchair Racer with Manny and John Kiehl, Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Soundtrack Studios.
James is a solo artist from the UK who is receiving praise from music industry giants such as Brian Eno (David Bowie, Talking Heads, Devo, U2, Grace Jones, Coldplay and others) and has performed at the Royal Albert Hall.
Jacqueline Winstanley CEO of Universal Inclusion hosted the World Event. Jacqueline is a UK-recognized expert and consultant on accessibility and inclusion challenges.
John Kiehl and I shared time with author, Psychiatrist, and global thinker, Dr. Nicholas Beecroft, as his guest at the historic London Royal Air Force Club.
